Elle choreographed her own path to success by blending Soviet-era resilience, Asian cultural modesty, and profound inner fortitude with an audacious American appetite for possibility—a combination that became her secret weapon in leadership.

Her international career includes leading a team on the contractor side of the $3.2 billion CPC crude oil system project and driving marketing strategies that built brand equity for software companies en route to successful acquisitions. But Elle's most transformative work emerged when she stepped off the traditional path to design something entirely her own.

Today, as an author, speaker, and founder of a community of women entrepreneurs representing 23+ countries, Elle helps women choreograph their own success across six distinct life areas—the same framework she created to design her life from the inside out.
