Elle’s earlier experience includes building a successful international career in leadership where she led the team on the oil and gas $3.2 billion crude oil system CPC project, as well as her marketing projects for software companies where she helped build brand equity and positioning to prepare for successful acquisition.
Today, she is an accomplished author, speaker, and founder of a community of global women entrepreneurs representing 23+ countries. She helps women embody their uniqueness, walk in their truth, and embrace feminine leadership.
